Dwight was the IT Manager at a local broadcast company. The company grew from 2 radio stations to 5 radio stations and 3 TV stations in the 16 years he served. Dwight came aboard G4S in May of 2009 to bring our Information Technologies into the 21st century. He immediately implemented IT changes which co workers embraced. These changes not only improved Information Technologies but also reduced overall costs.

Guam has been his home since 1991. Over the years Dwight has developed skill sets beneficial to keeping Information Technologies running during/after natural disasters like typhoons and earthquakes. Guam has had many typhoons since 1992, one example being Typhoon Paka (1997) with wind speeds in excess of 236 Mph ( 379 Kph). In 1993 an 8.2 magnitude earthquake rocked Guam for 60 seconds.

During and after these extreme events major utilities for all of Guam are offline for as long as 6 weeks. No matter what the conditions, business & Information Technologies must continue.
