Through these contracts, we will support over 120,000 people into sustainable employment in Kent, Surrey and Sussex, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Warrington and North East Yorkshire and the Humber. To date, we have supported over 35,000 people into employment and have consistently proved to be one of the highest performing Work Programme providers in the UK.

In October 2011, we were selected to deliver a new European Social Fund scheme that aims to help over 3,000 people from families with multiple problems overcome barriers to employment in Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Warrington.

In April 2014, G4S Welfare to Work was awarded six Community Work Placements contracts across England. This programme will provide high quality work experience placements to thousands of people. Our success in delivering other Welfare to Work provision makes G4S best placed to provide these contracts.
